Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore for an Assistant Producer. In this role, you will partner with Producers across the full video production cycle, from early planning and setup through to final delivery. The position offers practical exposure to production workflows, client coordination, and the transformation of concepts into finished content.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who wants to build a career in video production, project coordination, or creative communications while gaining direct, hands-on industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Producers to plan and organise video projects.
- Help manage schedules, track project progress, and allocate production resources.
- Arrange casting, find suitable locations, secure permits, and coordinate production logistics.
- Support filming-day operations and help keep shoots running smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and external freelancers on project-related matters.
- Keep project files, records, and documentation well organised and current.
- Assist with creative preparation and other pre-production tasks.
- Review post-production outputs and help compile feedback.
