Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project start-up, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and execution using approved templates and agreed scope.
- Review customer needs, service feasibility, and operational considerations with the engineering team, and assess the internal technical ability to deliver the solution.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines, then track progress against defined performance measures.
- Assist in managing project budgets and help ensure delivery stays within financial limits.
- Spot potential project risks and issues early, then put mitigation plans in place.
- Hold regular discussions with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to review open items and action points.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that address customer concerns related to order delivery.
- Plan integrations with existing platforms and processes, including selecting technology and outsourcing partners for product or service rollout.
- Guide technical deployment planning and execution, such as operating system installation and network setup, while monitoring implementation outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
- Promote ongoing improvements in project management approaches and methods.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
