About the Company
Paramount Surgimed has been manufacturing and exporting precision surgical blades, scalpels, and medical disposables since 1993. Role Overview
This position supports plant maintenance operations and ensures equipment reliability across production areas. The role focuses on rapid breakdown handling, preventive maintenance coordination, documentation, and machine upkeep in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily machine breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
- Apply 5-Why analysis and root cause methods to identify and eliminate recurring faults.
- Work on Hand Press machines, Grinding machines, HT systems, assembly line jig and fixture-related maintenance issues.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to implement and follow the preventive maintenance schedule for machines.
- Maintain important maintenance records and technical documentation, including drawing-related reading and reference work.
