Role Overview

The hotel team is hiring an Assistant Front Office Manager in full-time employment, starting immediately. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming, and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the hotel manager in coordinating and overseeing reception and reservations operations.
  • Help maintain smooth day-to-day front office workflows.
  • Provide friendly, professional guest service throughout the entire stay.
  • Handle bookings as well as arrival and departure procedures.
  • Serve as a contact person for guest questions, complaints, and special requests.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the reception team.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative duties.
  • Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping and breakfast service.

Candidate Profile

  • You should have completed vocational training in hospitality or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in a supervisory or deputy role at the front office is expected.
  • A strong service mindset and genuine guest focus are important.
  • You need solid organisational ability and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills in both German and English are required.
  • You should be comfortable using common hotel software systems.
  • A friendly and polished professional presence is essential.
