Role overview

This long-term contract role supports an AI transformation initiative in Redmond, Washington. The position is onsite and focused on procurement administration for assets, with an emphasis on hardware-related workflows, purchase order handling, invoicing, and asset tracking.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage hardware-related procurement administration and ensure asset records stay accurate.
  • Track assets, monitor inventory-related movements, and support lifecycle documentation.
  • Handle invoicing and purchase order processes with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work with hardware and peripheral equipment administration, handling, and optimization.
  • Use Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to organize work and maintain records.
  • Support program evaluation and contribute to data-backed decisions through analysis.
  • Coordinate effectively in a fast-moving environment while keeping plans and priorities organized.
  • Deliver responsive customer support and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in technology or a similar industry with exposure to hardware management, asset tracking, invoicing, or PO management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology or a related field is also referenced, particularly with hardware management, asset tracking, invoicing, and purchase order administration.
  • Good working knowledge of hardware and peripheral asset handling and optimization.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft products, especially SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong customer service instincts.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Able to stay effective in dynamic settings while maintaining consistency in planning and time management.
  • Strong analytical ability and a data-driven mindset for decision-making and evaluation.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
