Job description

About the company

Outform Group is a globally recognized innovation agency with awards to its name. The business works with leading brands and retailers around the world, combining insight, technology, and creativity to improve customer experiences. Its long-term ambition is to help shape the future of retail across EMEA, with significant plans to expand.

Role overview

This role is for a meticulous Artworker to join the creative beauty team. The successful candidate will turn design ideas into polished artwork that is ready for print and digital use, while keeping output consistent with the brand and technically accurate. The work will cover point-of-sale materials as well as visual merchandising guides.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and finish artwork for both print and digital outputs using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Make sure every design follows brand rules and technical requirements.
  • Carry out detailed checks on layout, type, colour treatment, and imagery.
  • Rework creative concepts into a range of required formats.
  • Produce point-of-sale assets such as retail displays and promotional graphics.
  • Prepare POS artwork so it performs correctly across different formats and production techniques, including large-format printing and die-cutting.
  • Organize and keep asset libraries and project files well maintained.
  • Create visual merchandising guides to support seasonal refreshes and similar updates.
  • Work with printers and outside suppliers to ensure production is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Keep up with trends in the industry, software changes, and best practices in artwork production.

Skills and experience

The role calls for strong Adobe Creative Suite ability, a solid grasp of print production and pre-press workflows, and a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing several projects at once under pressure, communicate clearly, and work well with others. Experience with artwork prepared for digital channels, POS design, and large-format production is important.

Package

Salary is to be confirmed and will depend on background and experience. The benefits include a 5% company pension contribution, private healthcare, a Medicash plan, DIS insurance, and 27 days of holiday.
