Role Summary
This position is focused on driving mortgage lending growth across the assigned Delhi location within the SME Tier 1 cluster. The role calls for expanding the customer base, strengthening channel performance, improving client satisfaction, and supporting risk controls through close coordination with internal teams and channel partners.
What You Will Do
- Spot growth opportunities across the location and shape direct, channel, and new client acquisition plans to help meet cluster targets.
- Increase mortgage lending volumes in the territory by managing client databases and activating them through Area Sales Heads and Relationship Managers.
- Build strong relationships with important customers, improve turnaround times, and promote cross-selling to widen the cluster’s client base.
- Track lead generation and sales productivity measures for ASHs/RMs to encourage a high-performance sales environment.
- Review market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities in the mortgage segment, and share updates with head office.
- Work closely with retail DSA channel partners and create a structured touchpoint management approach to improve customer reach.
- Run engagement activities and sales training sessions to strengthen partner capabilities.
- Monitor service-level agreements, channel sales efficiency, and return on investment from channel partners.
- Use schemes effectively and focus efforts on high-revenue products and structures.
- Raise customer satisfaction levels through relationship managers by monitoring service metrics and encouraging relationship marketing initiatives.
- Promote better processes and proven practices to improve operational productivity.
- Regularly connect with key customers to deepen relationships and support faster business growth.
- Track customer complaints and issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Support risk reviews by overseeing loan proposal preparation and documentation for controlled operations at the location.
- Coordinate with customers and the risk team to supply the information needed to assess proposal creditworthiness.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports covering profits, NPAs, and new customers, and submit updates to RSHs.
- Coach and develop ASHs/RMs so they can improve acquisition, retention, support, and overall performance.
- Recommend teams for product, behavioral, and negotiation training, while also pursuing self-development initiatives.
