Job description
Overview
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist for a full-time position based in Windsor, Ontario. The role is carried out at the employer’s physical location; remote work is not available.

Education
Completion of College/CEGEP is required.
Experience
Applicants should bring 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-D models using computer-aided design software.
- Produce 2-D CAD drawings.
- Draft proposals and supporting documentation.
- Review technical reports and related documents.
- Support supervision of construction projects.
- Prepare working drawings for use in project execution.
- Observe, monitor, and inspect work progress and quality.
- Create architectural and presentation display models.
- Contribute to design development activities.
- Prepare graphics and drawings for presentations.
Experience and Specialization
Relevant background in design work.
Architectural specialization includes commercial and/or industrial construction, institutional construction, interior and space planning, renovation, and residential construction.
