Architectural Engineer

Role Overview

Taiba Consulting Company is looking for a driven Architectural Engineer to become part of their expanding team in Riyadh. The position involves designing and developing diverse building projects, overseeing project execution, and contributing to tender proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, assess, and adjust architectural plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Confirm that designs meet building codes, applicable regulations, and local market standards.
• Prepare, evaluate, and contribute to technical documents related to tender submissions.
• Engage actively in project meetings and collaborative discussions.
• Seek and analyze potential project opportunities and new client prospects aligned with company capabilities.
• Perform site inspections to supervise design implementation and maintain quality assurance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Between five and ten years of professional experience in relevant architectural roles.
• At least three years of experience working with engineering consulting firms based in Riyadh.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations mandated by the Riyadh Municipality.
• Advanced skills in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Competency with standard Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
• Fluency in English, enabling clear and effective interaction.
