About the Employer
The hiring client is a well-established interior design company operating out of Delhi.
Role Overview
This role is for an Architect who can create design directions and prepare contract documentation aligned to client requirements, with a focus on retail and hospitality projects.
Key Work Areas
- Create design concepts and translate them into contract-ready documentation based on client briefs.
- Work on retail and hospitality assignments, with exposure to furniture design as part of the role.
- Contribute to conceptual design development, including layouts, styling, and mood boards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have prior experience across retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture, and mixed-use projects, supported by a portfolio of work. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are also important.
Technical Skills
Hands-on capability in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max is required.
