Job description
Role Overview
Al Fares Cargo Service & Clearance is looking for an Arabic Customer Service Executive to support freight forwarding activities in Dubai. The position involves handling customer queries, guiding clients on service options, and coordinating closely with internal teams to keep daily cargo requests and operational work on track.
Key Duties
The selected candidate will communicate with customers professionally across phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions. The role also requires close coordination with the team to monitor daily cargo-related requests and support smooth execution of operations. In addition, the executive will identify opportunities to improve sales outcomes and work with the Head of Business Development to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, along with working knowledge of MS Office.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
