As you develop in the position, you will be trained to handle a broad range of service duties in-store, including troubleshooting, booking devices in for service, carrying out physical repairs on iOS devices, managing inventory, supporting customer relationships, and helping maintain Apple metric scores.
The store is also a showcase for the full Apple product range in a customer-friendly environment, and the team is focused on delivering outstanding service while meeting and exceeding sales and service targets.
You will also be among the first to hear about new Apple products and initiatives through the training and development provided in this role.
