Apparel Sales / Merchandiser

Role overview

JNJ Apparel is growing and is looking for an Apparel Sales / Merchandiser who wants to develop with the business. This position plays an important part in day-to-day operations by partnering with clients, helping them move through the production process, and turning their ideas into finished products.

Key duties

• Act as the main point of contact for clients across the company’s fashion and corporate customer base.
• Keep clients updated on every production milestone, including sampling, bulk production, and logistics.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear direction.
• Share potential new business opportunities with the directors.
• Maintain basic accounting hygiene within the Xero platform.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong organization, initiative, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfort with problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a rapidly expanding business.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting reconciliations.
