Role overview
The Analyst in the Transformation Management Office (TMO) plays a key part in planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring strategic change programmes across the organisation, with emphasis on processes, people, and technology. The role focuses on reporting, performance analysis, benefits tracking, and delivery support so that transformation efforts generate clear and measurable business value. You will work with teams across the business to turn data into practical insight, improve adoption, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of transformation delivery.
Status reporting and governance
- Create concise, executive-level updates covering project plans, progress, risks, dependencies, and results.
- Refine and standardise data definitions, reporting formats, and governance practices.
- Keep dashboards and reporting tools current to give leadership clear visibility.
- Protect the accuracy and consistency of information across reporting platforms and project records.
Project support and coordination
- Help drive transformation initiatives from planning through execution by tracking milestones and coordinating cross-functional contributors.
- Support project managers with schedules, documentation, and governance adherence.
- Spot, monitor, and help address project risks, issues, and dependencies across the transformation portfolio.
Productivity and value analysis
- Use data analysis to guide decisions, including forecasting and scenario-based modelling.
- Assess productivity and performance across initiatives to identify efficiency improvements and opportunities for optimisation.
- Measure and report both financial and non-financial benefits such as ROI, cost reduction, and operational gains.
User behaviour and adoption analysis
- Track user behaviour and adoption trends to uncover bottlenecks and engagement opportunities.
- Recommend actions that improve adoption and contribute to project success.
- Support readiness activities, deployment monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with confidence in turning data into actionable insight.
- Experience in project management, transformation, consulting, or business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of project delivery methods such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience contributing to digital transformation or system implementation work.
- Understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
