Key responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate data on digital products, mobile apps, and web performance to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis.
- Track and report on digital journeys, user interactions, feature engagement, adoption, conversion, and related performance indicators.
- Own routine baseline and BAU reporting through dashboards, scheduled reports, and ongoing analysis deliverables.
- Combine behavior trends, product performance data, and customer interaction metrics into practical recommendations for digital product and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze app and web experiences continuously to support measurement and business intelligence work.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify measurement goals, monitor feature performance, and assess the effect of product changes.
- Handle one-off reporting and analysis requests from business partners as needed.
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by management.
Experience and education
A bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience is required, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Preferred fields of study include Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar discipline. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, digital analytics, product analytics, or data analysis are preferred.
The role also calls for experience presenting data-driven findings, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis, dashboard reporting, and clear analytical storytelling.
