Ambassador/Demonstrator - Nostalgia Townlet

Role overview

Jayman BUILT is hiring an Ambassador/Demonstrator to help launch Nostalgia Townlet, a landmark community in southeast Calgary. This position plays a visible part in creating early excitement and shaping the identity of the project. Nostalgia Townlet is described as a 560-acre, European-inspired community rising above the Bow River, featuring a 155-foot clock tower, a 400,000 sq. ft. private social club, and a concept designed to stand out in North America.

The role is part of a long-term initiative with more than 10 years of potential opportunity. It offers a chance to work for a 28-time Builder of the Year in Alberta and contribute to a major real-estate launch with room for career growth.

What the role involves

• Represent the community and help present the various product offerings to prospective buyers.
• Work alongside Area Sales Managers in a collaborative selling setup supported by marketing efforts.
• Welcome visitors, create a comfortable first impression, and guide small-group tours.
• Collect visitor details in the CRM and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Respond to questions about floorplans, design elements, and home features.
• Highlight the quality, craftsmanship, and lifestyle benefits of the homes and community.
• Keep promotional materials, signage, and supplies organized, stocked, and properly displayed.
• Represent Jayman BUILT’s values and brand standards in every customer interaction.
• Report to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.

What you need

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• A strong commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
• A polished professional presence and conduct.
• High energy, initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• A dependable, collaborative, and team-focused approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including in person, by email, and over the phone.
• Comfort using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, when customer activity is highest.

Compensation and benefits
