Compensation

The starting wage is $21.25 per hour. A separate Sunday commitment bonus can add up to $1,000 over the first 6 months, paid in milestones: $200 after 30 days of perfect Sunday attendance, $300 after 90 days of perfect Sunday attendance, and $500 after 6 months, with no more than one excused Sunday allowed during months 3 through 6.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

Both full-time and part-time openings are available. Full-time means 4 days per week, while part-time means 3 days per week. The job requires at least one weekend day, and Sunday availability is required for the bonus program.

Role Summary

You will deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses within a 50-mile radius of the Amazon Greenville delivery station. The position is physically demanding and involves working in different weather conditions, making many stops, and completing deliveries efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery van safely and comply with traffic regulations at all times.
• Use the provided work phone and Amazon app to follow routes, locate stops, and access customer information.
• Finish the assigned route within 10.5 hours while keeping packages secure and on schedule.
• Deliver parcels carefully to residential and commercial addresses.
• Carry packages to doorsteps, including up and down stairs when needed.
• Work outdoors in rain, heat, sun, cold, and other weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must clear a drug screening.
• Driving history must be clean for the last 7 years, with no more than two marks such as a ticket or accident.
• Should be physically able to walk 8–10 miles per shift and lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday.
• Ability to enter and exit the vehicle 150–199 times in a day.
• Must be able to climb stairs during deliveries.
• Must be able to commute to Greenville, SC.
• Relocation to Greenville, SC is required before starting.
• Applicants must be available for Sunday shifts throughout the 6-month bonus period and maintain the attendance standards tied to the bonus.
• To qualify for the bonus, employees must meet performance expectations and have no active disciplinary actions.
