Role Overview
3Shool Technology Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer to support cloud contact center solutions and related integrations. The role focuses on building, configuring, and maintaining Amazon Connect environments along with the AWS services that support them.
Core Skills and Technical Focus
The position centers on hands-on work with Amazon Connect as a CCaaS platform, including designing contact flows, managing routing profiles and queues, and setting up IVR journeys. It also involves working with AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, REST API integrations, CRM or enterprise application integrations, and broader AWS cloud services and architecture.
Preferred Capabilities
Candidates with exposure to AWS certification paths, Amazon Lex, and Contact Lens will have an added advantage.

Compensation
The advertised annual salary range is INR 18,00,000 to INR 25,00,000.
