About the Role
We are seeking skilled Aircraft Mechanics to join our Cabin Workshops team focusing on Decal tasks. The primary responsibility is performing work in line with approved technical documentation, Qatar Airways standards, and procedures, ensuring top safety and shop performance to achieve operational goals within designated timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned decal-related tasks efficiently to deliver quality service to customers.
- Operate relevant equipment and tools within the workshop to meet task deadlines.
- Interpret information to maintain continuous, satisfactory operations and complete tasks independently under normal conditions.
- Assist with additional departmental duties as instructed by management.
- Adhere strictly to company health and safety policies.
- Ensure timely rectifications of aircraft components meet QCAA/EASA PART-145 and quality standards.
- Work within procedural frameworks and time schedules for task completion.
- Lead by example to inspire team motivation and ensure safety awareness among all personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
- High School, Vocational, or Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in aviation-grade decal fabrication or decal workshop environment.
- Training and practical knowledge of decal printing machines.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and CorelDRAW software.
