Role Overview

This position is responsible for delivering continuous, 24/7 tower operations on a shift basis. The role covers Aerodrome Control, Approach Control, Flight Information, and Alerting services as required, with the goal of maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized movement of all aircraft within the areas managed by dans.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have completed the relevant ICAO training courses, hold ICAO English Level 4 proficiency, possess a valid ATC licence, and maintain a current medical certificate. Experience in a demanding, high-density operating environment is essential, especially where innovative procedures are used, such as RECAT, RRSM, APO, and A-SMGCS. Knowledge of aircraft performance as it relates to communication, navigation, and surveillance is also required, along with general computer literacy using standard PC software and smart applications.

For candidates recruited from outside the organization, at least three consecutive years of operational duty at a major international unit is required, together with successful completion of an APC.
