Compensation

In this role, you will help Fortune 500 companies adopt AI by rethinking outdated processes and delivering production-ready, agentic solutions. Key responsibilities
- Review existing business processes in depth to uncover where AI-led workflow redesign can create the biggest impact.
- Work with engineers to design, build, and launch solutions using tools such as Claude, Cursor, and low-code systems.
- Lead relationships with senior executives and ensure AI strategy stays aligned with business priorities and operational goals.
Ideal candidate profile
- 3 to 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or product roles, ideally from a top consultancy or a fast-growing AI startup.
- Practical experience using modern AI tools such as Claude and n8n, with a strong preference for shipping real products over staying at the concept stage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to move confidently between executive conversations and technical working sessions.
