Role Overview

This full-time remote opportunity is for an AI Engineering member of technical staff who will help build the next generation of AI recruiting systems. The position focuses on creating scalable, production-ready AI infrastructure and models that improve how organizations discover and connect with talent. The work sits at the intersection of AI engineering, product development, and research, with a strong emphasis on practical impact across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and supporting infrastructure using Python and AWS.
  • Build and integrate advanced large language models and multimodal AI systems that handle text, audio, video, and visual inputs.
  • Work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to turn business and technical needs into reliable solutions.
  • Contribute to systems that improve how AI learns, reasons, and performs across areas such as finance, healthcare, engineering, and related fields.
  • Work directly on an AI recruiting product to help shape new systems for identifying and engaging talent.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience creating, scaling, and deploying AI models and infrastructure in Python and AWS environments.
  • Practical knowledge of large language models and multimodal systems, including how they are used and where their limitations lie.
  • Ability to work across functions and communicate technical ideas clearly to different teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a track record of solving complex technical problems with innovative approaches.
