About the Role

Tether is seeking an AI Filmmaker to concept, produce, and polish short-form films and video content using AI-powered image and video tools. The work will help communicate stories, present products, and visually express the ideas of Tether and its related businesses. This role sits within the marketing function and requires close coordination to ensure every piece matches the brand’s voice, look, and messaging.

What You’ll Do

• Develop short films and video pieces using AI-based image and video generation tools.
• Enhance and refine AI-created footage so the final output is visually strong and audience-ready.
• Work with marketing colleagues to shape video ideas for Tether and its affiliated brands.
• Keep all content consistent with brand standards and clearly communicate the intended message.
• Track new AI filmmaking tools and methods, and apply useful improvements to your workflow.
• Handle several assignments at once while meeting demanding turnaround times.
• Test different creative styles, structures, and visual effects to create distinctive content.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in video production and editing, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Practical knowledge of AI video creation tools such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar platforms.
• Advanced ability with editing software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, plus a sharp eye for framing, composition, and detail.
• The ability to turn ideas into finished output quickly using AI tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing and how to adapt content for social media channels.
• Good organization and project management skills, with the capacity to work independently and deliver on time.
• An interest in technology, Bitcoin, and innovation is considered an advantage.
