Internship Role Overview
This internship empowers participants to take ownership of impactful projects from the outset, working directly with live brand campaigns and innovative marketing technologies within a results-driven culture fueled by curiosity and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop artificial intelligence-driven features utilized by product and internal teams, focusing on robust, production-quality software instead of prototypes or experimental models.
- Manage the entire development cycle for features such as APIs, model integrations, retrieval or vision layers, frontend interfaces, and deployment processes.
- Create internal tools that convert intricate or unstructured business workflows into applications powered by large language models used daily by team members.
- Design and implement evaluation methodologies to assess AI feature performance, detect failures, and enhance reliability.
- Monitor and optimize software costs, response times, and overall performance metrics.
- Deliver and deploy at least two AI-based features or products that serve real users during the internship period.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in writing production-standard Python code and crafting modern JavaScript frontends using React or equivalent frameworks.
- Capability to independently develop and deploy fully functional user applications.
- Experience with building applications utilizing large language model APIs that have been publicly available to users; relevant academic projects are considered valid.
- Strong knowledge of retrieval systems and the aptitude to identify appropriate use cases for retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Ability to comprehend ambiguous business challenges and propose feasible technical solutions.
- Receptiveness to constructive feedback, flexibility in approach, and a commitment to iterative solution enhancement.
- Possession of a functional laptop, as hardware support is not provided.
- Capacity to join immediately on a full-time basis at the Chhatarpur office, working five days a week for the entire three-month internship.
- Having at least one deployed project accessible through a live online link; projects limited to localhost or GitHub repositories without live deployment will not be accepted.
