Role overview
We are hiring for a customer operations and automation role within a hiring-tech platform used by more than 500 small businesses. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with customer support, coordination, and automation work combined into one role.
What you will do
- Manage incoming support tickets and email queries from customers.
- Speak with SMB founders and customers over the phone whenever needed.
- Work with the engineering team to surface, track, and resolve product bugs.
- Create automations that make support operations faster and more efficient.
- Handle day-to-day customer operations alongside workflow improvement tasks.
What we are looking for
- Someone who is comfortable using modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms in a meaningful, hands-on way.
- A proactive problem-solver who notices repetitive tasks and looks for ways to automate them.
- A candidate who can confidently communicate with non-technical founders on calls.
- Freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- The candidate must be based in Bangalore for the full 4-week training period; after training, the role can be done remotely from anywhere in India.
