Role overview
This position is for a seasoned engagement-focused product business analyst with 10 to 13 years of experience across finance, banking, P2P, O2C, R2R, and AI/ML. The role calls for strong client-facing capability and the ability to embed Generative AI into business workflows to create meaningful outcomes. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

What you will do
- Work closely with clients to clarify business goals, pain points, and functional needs.
- Own requirement discovery and analysis for P2P, finance processes, and AI/ML-led integration.
- Convert client expectations into practical recommendations and solution approaches, including current-state and future-state process mapping.
- Apply Generative AI and broader AI/ML capabilities to improve product functionality and business impact.
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and rank them by business value.
- Coordinate project planning and execution to meet client commitments and timelines.
- Support client onboarding and adoption through training and ongoing assistance.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Lead walkthroughs and knowledge-sharing sessions on ITGC and process automation.
Profile and expertise needed
The ideal candidate brings depth in Gen AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, along with strong business analysis skills such as FRDs, BRDs, and user stories. Experience in finance and banking is important, as is the ability to map processes and handle client engagement effectively. Working knowledge of agile ways of working is also expected.
