Role Overview

We are searching for an entrepreneurial AI Associate to lead and implement artificial intelligence initiatives at Carnegie Point. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance who are passionate about how AI is poised to revolutionize deal sourcing, marketing, execution, and management processes. This role diverges from traditional investment banking associates by focusing on applying AI technologies to transform business workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive the overall AI strategy and deployment throughout the organization.
• Investigate, assess, and pilot emerging AI platforms and technological tools.
• Design and enhance AI-driven workflows for deal sourcing, financial analysis, pitch book and CIM preparation, buyer and market research, CRM management, marketing automation, and internal operations.
• Coordinate AI projects across departments including investment banking, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Develop AI playbooks, templates, standardized prompts, and workflows.
• Deliver training initiatives to boost AI tool adoption among staff.
• Evaluate AI initiatives’ performance and refine processes for continual improvement.
• Remain informed about the latest AI advancements to identify new opportunities for client service and transaction execution optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, valuation, transaction advisory, or management consulting.
• Solid comprehension of financial statements, valuation methodologies, M&A processes, and transaction execution.
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and new technological developments.
• Proactive problem solver with aptitude for creating and refining systems.
• Exceptional organizational and project leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with capacity to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial approach and motivation to influence firm evolution.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
• Knowledge of AI agents and automation of workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
• Use of DealCloud CRM system.
• Automation tools including Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, or expertise in no-code automation tools.
• Experience in prompt engineering and designing AI workflows.
