Role overview

Bank of Georgia is looking for an AI Adoption Partner to help expand practical AI and GenAI use across the organization. The role is centered on making AI part of everyday work across teams and processes, with a focus on initiatives that create measurable business impact.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a roadmap for AI and GenAI adoption, with an emphasis on scaling useful applications across different business areas.
  • Work with teams across retail, SME, corporate, operations, risk, HR and other functions to spot, rank and shape AI opportunities that improve efficiency, revenue, customer experience and employee experience.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined problem statements, high-level requirements and measurable success indicators for data, engineering and AI product teams.
  • Help run pilots and support the rollout of AI solutions such as assistants, copilots, decision-support tools and automation, ensuring they become part of everyday workflows and channels.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and adoption metrics, and work with stakeholders to improve results over time.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Information Security teams to support safe and responsible AI usage.
  • Build internal enablement resources, including trainings, playbooks, prompt libraries and onboarding content, to strengthen AI knowledge and confidence across the bank.
  • Drive the change-management side of AI projects through communication, stakeholder engagement and feedback gathering.
  • Keep track of AI developments in banking and introduce relevant practices and ideas into the bank’s AI portfolio.

What the bank is looking for

  • Practical experience using AI tools and platforms, such as prompt-driven tools, low-code AI solutions, analytics or BI tools, or cloud-based AI services.
  • Experience working with data teams and engineering teams, either directly or in a supporting role.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to measure business value and define useful KPIs.
  • Clear communication skills for both business and technical stakeholders, including workshop facilitation, training delivery and leadership presentations.
  • A background in Business, Computer Science, Data/AI or a similar field.
  • Relevant experience in digital transformation, AI or data initiatives, consulting, product management or business analysis, preferably in financial services or technology-led organizations.
  • Understanding of core AI concepts and exposure to AI-enabled products.
  • Fluency in Georgian and a good command of English.
