Role overview

Key responsibilities

You will support customers across the full rental process, help sell optional services, handle vehicle handovers and returns, move cars between branches and service locations, and keep vehicles ready for rental by cleaning them and checking their technical and equipment condition.

Requirements

Applicants need a Category B driving licence and English skills sufficient for customer-facing communication. A basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is an advantage. The employer is also looking for people who are honest, dependable, thorough, communicative, available, and flexible.

Preferred profile
