2 Sisters Food Group is hiring an Agency Co-ordinator in Willand, Devon. This position works Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 and sits within a major UK food manufacturing business with operations across poultry, chilled, and bakery categories.

The role focuses on managing agency labour demand, keeping staffing aligned to operational needs, and building effective working relationships with labour suppliers. It suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a busy manufacturing setting with changing priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and its labour agency partners.
  • Work with internal teams to collect staffing needs and check labour counts for accuracy.
  • Share workforce requirements clearly with agencies so vacancies are filled efficiently.
  • Review supplied agency labour against agreed charges, rates, and commission terms to ensure contract compliance.
  • Handle internal queries about staffing and resolve agency-related issues quickly.
  • Track labour availability and spot possible shortfalls before they affect operations.
  • Check, process, and reconcile weekly agency invoices prior to approval.
  • Keep accurate records and prepare reports on agency staffing, spend, and labour performance.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will bring strong organisation and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and confident communication abilities. Experience in agency labour coordination or workforce planning would be an advantage, as would good numerical ability for invoice and cost checking. Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are also important. The role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure and respond well to shifting business demands.
