Team Overview

You will join the Social Commerce Team, a fast-moving group focused on livestream selling, short-form video, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. The team blends creativity, analytics, and platform know-how to deliver measurable business outcomes and works closely with cross-functional specialists across the broader ecommerce ecosystem.

Role Summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a performance-oriented Affiliate Executive to help manage and expand affiliate marketing efforts, with particular emphasis on TikTok Shop campaigns. This position is best suited to someone with 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, or ecommerce, especially in live selling, campaign execution, and performance improvement. The role involves strengthening affiliate partnerships, improving campaign results, and ensuring that activities support brand marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the affiliate program, mainly on TikTok Shop, from sourcing affiliates through to campaign rollout.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates, creators, and livestreamers who help promote products.
  • Work with content creators to keep campaign messaging, visuals, and brand standards aligned.
  • Track affiliate results, study performance data, and prepare recurring reports on ROI and sales progress.
  • Discuss and agree commission arrangements and incentive plans that encourage stronger affiliate participation.
  • Partner with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to build traffic and conversion-driving initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with TikTok Shop changes, trends, and competitor activity to support continuous optimization.
  • Support planning and execution of promotional activity around major ecommerce events such as 8.8, 9.9, and 11.11.
  • Make sure all affiliate work follows brand rules and platform requirements.
  • Test new affiliate channels and explore additional marketing opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Hands-on understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate features and campaign operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis and using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Working knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing trends.
  • Experience handling products across multiple categories such as fashion, beauty, and FMCG.
  • Exposure to other affiliate platforms or influencer marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Prior background in live selling or campaign/project management is preferred.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or ecommerce.
