About the role

Join Disney’s advertising operations team in Moore Park, New South Wales, and help deliver campaigns across Disney+, ESPN, and other digital properties. This role sits at the centre of end-to-end ad campaign delivery, from booking through activation, optimisation, reporting, and final completion. You’ll be working in a fast-moving environment where digital media, streaming, and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key advertisers and media agencies in a proactive and organised way.
  • Oversee campaign execution from booking and deal tracking to full delivery against client goals.
  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, agencies, and creative partners during campaigns.
  • Work with Sales, Creative Solutions, Editorial, and Product teams to design sponsorship solutions aligned with business priorities and client KPIs.
  • Handle campaign stewardship tasks such as reporting, billing, screenshot requests, ad trafficking, and performance review.
  • Support revenue and yield initiatives by monitoring streaming inventory, analysing sell-through and revenue trends, and identifying opportunities to improve yield.
  • Build and maintain inventory health reporting to spot risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2+ years of experience in digital campaign management.
  • Background in planning or campaign operations with a major publisher, media owner, or media agency.
  • Exposure to, or strong interest in, working with a global streaming platform.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through large data sets and explain findings clearly.
  • Ability to identify data issues and suggest practical fixes.
  • Solid understanding of digital media, especially advertising across different platforms and devices.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools and comfort with emerging technologies.
