Position Overview
The Advanced Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, suites, and public areas. This role emphasizes efficient work practices and refined housekeeping methods. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the position calls for previous professional housekeeping experience and a strong focus on detail, initiative, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and assigned spaces in line with resort standards.
- Handle room setup tasks such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking guest amenities.
- Verify that each room passes inspection before it is released for guest use.
- Help housekeeping supervisors keep rooms ready during high-occupancy periods.
- Assist in coaching newly hired housekeepers on cleaning procedures and quality expectations.
- Spot maintenance concerns and route them through the correct work order process.
- Manage the stocking and careful use of guest supplies, linens, and cleaning products.
- Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas neat and well-organized.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to procedure.
- Contribute to deep-cleaning assignments and special room setups when needed.
- Coordinate with Front Office and housekeeping leadership to support smooth room turnover.
- Work discreetly and professionally in guest areas while protecting confidentiality.
- Consistently uphold the resort’s luxury service and cleanliness standards.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in hospitality, luxury resort, or other busy lodging settings.
- Strong focus on detail, organization, and maintaining elevated cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time well in a fast-moving environment.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repeated motions.
- Clear communication skills, a cooperative mindset, and a polished guest-service attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts depending on resort needs.
- Valid Utah driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
