Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, methodical, and knowledgeable Adult Executive Functioning Coach to assist adult clients — from emerging professionals to established executives — in developing effective strategies for time management, organization, productivity, and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized coaching sessions online using The Ladder Method’s coaching curriculum and principles.
  • Support clients in enhancing time management, initiating tasks, planning, organizing, and completing activities.
  • Assist in creating and sustaining personal systems that align with clients' professional and personal ambitions.
  • Provide tailored accountability, motivation, and mindset coaching based on individual needs.
  • Keep detailed records of client progress and maintain regular communication with the internal team.
  • Uphold professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Academic background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a similar discipline.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to maintain clear professional boundaries with clients.
  • Deep understanding of executive functioning and its effects on adult learning and productivity.
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Capacity to quickly build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and scheduling skills.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent populations, including ADHD and anxiety.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth clients is advantageous.
  • Availability to commit at least 10 hours weekly, with flexible availability across multiple days (clients commonly meet twice weekly on Sundays through Fridays).

Additional Information

This role is part-time, averaging 10-15 hours per week based on client needs. Applicants are requested not to contact the office directly; applications will be reviewed, and candidates will be notified regarding further steps.

Applicants must submit both a resume and a cover letter to be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Remuneration is commensurate with experience and academic qualifications, with top tiers linked to advanced degrees (Master’s and Doctorates).
  • 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of employment.
  • Sick leave accrual begins after three months.
