Role Summary

This is a full-time remote position for an Adobe Workfront Specialist on a 12-month contract. The role is centered on setting up, maintaining, and improving Adobe Workfront so that project and workflow management run smoothly across multiple teams and clients.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for building and maintaining Workfront structures that support daily operations, reporting, and collaboration.

  • Create and manage projects, templates, and reports inside Adobe Workfront.
  • Handle user access and permission settings appropriately.
  • Ensure data is captured accurately for monitoring performance and operations.
  • Work with stakeholders from different functions to improve workflows and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Investigate and resolve platform-related issues as they arise.
  • Train users, provide ongoing support, and document recommended practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements in project operations and resource planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong ability to analyze information, improve workflows, and support decision-making.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and the handling of contractual agreements tied to scope and timelines.
  • Capability in contract management, including obligations, renewals, and compliance during the 12-month engagement.
  • Clear communication skills for working with teams, clients, and stakeholders in a remote setup.
  • Practical experience using Adobe Workfront for configuration, administration, and reporting, or a similar project management platform.
  • Background in digital marketing, agency operations, or technology services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and resource planning; certifications such as Workfront, PMP, or Agile are beneficial.

Additional Information

This position is offered as a 12-month contract. The role is remote and designed for someone who can operate independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
