About the Company

DataPoint Interactive supports organizations that want to move beyond manual, scattered data work and become more AI-led and growth-driven. The company combines AI planning, roadmapping, and performance-focused marketing and sales execution to help clients generate new revenue, improve operations, and build stronger market advantage. Its work covers the full AI lifecycle, including workflow automation, custom chatbots and virtual assistants, AI-based customer support and CX automation, plus solutions for sales enablement, revenue operations, and scalable content production across email, social, ads, and web. SEO and content optimization are also key parts of the approach. The environment is fast-paced and centered on practical AI outcomes that deliver measurable business value.

Role Overview

This remote, full-time position is for an Admissions Specialist who will act as a main contact for prospective learners and partners. The role involves guiding people through admissions for programs and services related to AI, data, and technology. You will answer questions by email, phone, and virtual meetings, share accurate details on programs, requirements, and timelines, and evaluate whether candidates match the stated criteria. The job also includes managing application stages, monitoring progress in CRM or admissions tools, arranging and running intake conversations, and following up to keep applications and documentation moving on time. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and education teams to keep messaging aligned, improve outreach efforts, and help meet enrollment targets while ensuring a clear, professional, and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners and partners during the admissions journey.
  • Respond to questions through email, phone, and virtual meetings with prompt, professional communication.
  • Explain program details, entry requirements, and timelines accurately and clearly.
  • Review candidate suitability against established admissions criteria.
  • Manage application flow and keep records updated in CRM or admissions platforms.
  • Schedule, conduct, and track intake calls and admissions conversations.
  • Follow up with prospects to support timely submission of applications and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and education teams to keep outreach and messaging consistent.
  • Contribute to enrollment goals while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Solid customer service background with a responsive, empathetic approach to applicant support.
  • Comfort with consultative, sales-minded conversations and follow-up aimed at converting qualified prospects into enrollments without aggressive selling.
  • Prior experience in student recruitment, enrollment advising, or a similar admissions-related role.
  • Exposure to education settings such as higher education, bootcamps, or corporate learning, along with interest in AI, data, or technology subjects.
  • Ability to use CRM or admissions systems and maintain accurate, organized pipeline records.
  • Self-directed work style suited to a remote environment, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet response-time and enrollment targets.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, business, or education, or equivalent professional experience.
