Role Overview
Logic School of Management is hiring an Admission Officer who can work closely with prospective students and their families, explain programs clearly, and help turn enquiries into confirmed admissions. This role is based in Kochi, with opportunities also mentioned for Calicut, Trivandrum, Kottayam, and Malappuram.
What You Will Do
- Guide students and parents on course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and possible career paths.
- Respond to enquiries received in person, over the phone, and through online channels.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and support them through the admission funnel.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Keep student and admission records accurate and up to date.
- Work toward monthly admission goals.
- Ensure applicants experience a smooth and positive admission process.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in an Admission Officer role.
- Background in the education sector is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal approach for dealing professionally with students and parents.
- Comfort handling basic computer tasks.
- Persistent follow-up abilities and a persuasive approach.
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
