Job description
Role Overview
Bridge Education is hiring an energetic and personable Admissions Officer to support one of its schools in Dubai. This role serves as the first touchpoint for families exploring the school, with a strong focus on increasing enrolments, creating a positive parent journey, and keeping admissions work aligned with KHDA rules.
Admissions and Enrolment
- Handle the complete admissions flow from the first enquiry through to final enrolment.
- Reply quickly to enquiries received by phone, email, website, and social channels.
- Follow up actively to improve conversion rates and meet enrolment goals.
- Keep admissions information updated and accurate in ERP and CRM platforms.
Parent Engagement
- Lead school tours and present the campus in a polished, welcoming manner.
- Explain the curriculum, facilities, and overall student experience clearly and confidently.
- Assist with open days, student assessments, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and existing families.
Compliance and Documentation
- Support the scheduling and coordination of assessments and admissions steps.
- Check, collect, and manage all required admission documents.
- Ensure admissions activities follow KHDA guidelines and internal school procedures.
Reporting and Insights
- Monitor admissions numbers, conversion performance, and emerging trends.
- Prepare updates and reports for school leadership.
- Support admissions planning, strategy development, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales is preferred; prior UAE education sector exposure is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of KHDA admissions procedures is needed.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems is expected.
