Role Overview
This remote, full-time position is focused on guiding prospective learners through every stage of the admissions process, from the first enquiry to final enrolment. The role involves sharing accurate programme details, explaining entry criteria and study routes, and helping applicants move smoothly through the application journey.
What You’ll Do
- Handle enquiries from prospective applicants across email, phone, and digital communication channels.
- Conduct admissions consultations and help learners understand available programmes, requirements, and pathway options.
- Support applicants with gathering documents, completing forms, and confirming eligibility.
- Manage admissions cases for international applicants and keep cases moving through the pipeline.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to coordinate admissions activity.
- Use CRM or admissions software to record leads, monitor applications, and review conversion data.
- Take part in online events, webinars, and outreach efforts to engage potential students.
- Contribute ideas that help improve admissions workflows and the overall applicant experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people skills and a service-oriented approach when supporting prospective learners.
- Background in, or interest in, international admissions and education, particularly in higher education, online learning, or global study routes.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, including the ability to simplify complex information.
- Comfort using CRM tools, admissions platforms, email, video-call software, and common office applications.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive and detail-focused mindset.
- Awareness of different cultures and the ability to work well with international applicants and partners.
