About Dynamik Interiors
Dynamik Interiors operates as a fast-growing interiors studio inside Dynamik Design, a 72-person architecture and interiors practice located in the Perimeter / Sandy Springs area of Atlanta. The team culture is energetic, collaborative, and centered on working together in person, learning continuously, and building careers over time.
Role Summary
This role is for a highly organized coordinator who will help manage the buying and logistics side of interior design projects. The right person will enjoy handling details, keeping many moving parts organized, and making sure deadlines, deliveries, and records stay on track.
As the organizational point person for procurement, you will work with interior designers, vendors, warehouses, and project teams to help ensure furniture, fixtures, and materials are ordered correctly, tracked thoroughly, and delivered without issues. Prior FF&E experience is helpful, but the company is open to training a strong administrative candidate with excellent organization and coordination abilities.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully in-office position based in the Perimeter / Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send purchase orders for furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Monitor each order from the time it is placed until it is delivered and installed.
- Partner with designers, vendors, and project teams to keep procurement aligned with project timelines.
- Follow up with vendors on pricing, availability, lead times, and order progress.
- Keep procurement logs, schedules, and project documentation accurate and current.
- Coordinate incoming deliveries with warehouse and receiving teams.
- Track invoices, contracts, and project expenses while maintaining organized records.
- Address problems caused by delays, damage, missing items, or claims.
- Prepare routine status reports and assist with project closeout tasks.
- Support other administrative and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational ability and a careful eye for detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to juggle several priorities and deadlines at once.
- Self-driven, reliable, proactive, and consistent with follow-through.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Background in project coordination, purchasing, logistics, office administration, or a similar function is preferred.
- Experience in FF&E procurement or the interior design field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new software platforms and workflows.
