About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Executive Support Professional to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position involves analyzing business documents, identifying key information, and formulating clear insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. This role requires a commitment of 10-40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze business documents, standard operating procedures, reports, and workflows to extract key information.
  • Create clear, structured questions and insights based on the analyzed material.
  • Perform basic analytical and reasoning tasks to identify inconsistencies or gaps in operational content.
  • Deliver high-quality written work in English while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Utilize spreadsheets, document tools, and digital office platforms effectively to manage tasks.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in at least one of the specified business domains such as operations, finance, or customer support.
  • Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with office tools, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
