Role overview

LS 2 Holdings Limited is hiring an Administrative Executive for its Changi Airport operations in Singapore. This is an onsite contract role focused on HR administration, employee coordination, and general office support.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee a broad range of HR administrative tasks while staying aligned with internal policies, audit expectations, and legal requirements.
  • Work with headquarters on the submission, cancellation, and renewal of work passes.
  • Run the recruitment process from start to finish, including selection activities.
  • Support employee onboarding and exit processes, such as orientation, contract issuance, uniform allocation, locker arrangement, and name tag preparation.
  • Handle administrative matters including airport pass processing, security clearance for restricted areas, medical check-up arrangements for foreign workers, and preparation of employment contracts and letters.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and training data through accurate data entry.
  • Compile attendance reports with backup documents and assist with payroll administration.
  • Monitor employee movement from joining through resignation and support manpower deployment planning.
  • Contribute to performance appraisal exercises, incentive programmes, and nominations of strong performers to the client.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Help resolve workplace conflicts when required.
  • Order stationery and ensure office equipment remains functional and properly maintained.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Working conditions

The role requires a full-time commitment at Changi Airport. The work schedule is a 5-day week, from 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

  • A diploma in Human Resource Management or a closely related field is required.
  • Candidates should understand the Employment Act.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications are expected.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities are important for this role.
  • Applicants must be able to start work immediately.
  • Must be prepared to work full time on-site at Changi Airport.
