Job Responsibilities
- Manage the managing partner's schedule and maintain their calendar.
- Engage with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Handle incoming telephone calls.
- Arrange travel for company personnel as required.
- Generate and dispatch quotes to potential clients accurately and promptly.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to initiate tasks, meet deadlines, and complete assignments with minimal oversight.
- Capacity for rapid learning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Aptitude for succeeding in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Word.
- Prior experience in scheduling and managing multiple calendars is essential.
- Robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
