Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration to keep academy operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Support payroll-related work for staff and teachers, including calculation checks and timely processing of salary information.
- Assist with admissions, school applications, and follow-up communication with students, parents, schools, and partner organisations.
- Keep student records and administrative files accurate, current, and aligned with academy policies and compliance needs.
- Build working knowledge of the academy’s tools and platforms, such as CRM and student information systems, while staying open to new technology and process changes.
- Provide support for academic programmes, examinations, events, and other routine school activities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and willing to learn new systems.
- Careful attention to detail along with solid problem-solving ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
