Role overview
Hilton is hiring an Accounts Receivable professional in Saudi Arabia to help ensure guest-facing operations are backed by accurate billing, reliable collections, and smooth financial controls. The position contributes to the hospitality experience by keeping customer accounts current, resolving payment issues, and supporting cash flow discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Create correct invoices and make sure travel agent commissions are paid or deducted on time.
- Record charges and credits promptly, and keep subsidiary ledgers aligned with the general ledger.
- Track overdue balances, follow up on collections, and support healthy cash flow.
- Look into billing mismatches and work with the right internal teams to settle disputes.
- Issue account statements regularly, with a goal of sending them daily.
- Check the previous day’s transactions for accuracy, supporting documents, and contract compliance.
- Compute monthly Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and assist with credit reporting to improve collection performance and financial accuracy.
