Job Overview

Harit Jewellers Private Limited is looking to hire a capable Accountant for their office located in Dwarka, Delhi. The candidate should hold a graduation degree in B.Com, Accounting, or Finance and possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to individuals experienced in the jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping processes.
Manage GST, TDS, and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
Oversee purchase, sales, billing, and inventory accounting.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Compile MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
Coordinate efforts with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and banking institutions.
Ensure precise stock and financial records.
Utilize accounting softwares and Excel for reliable reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong foundation in accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Comprehensive understanding of GST filing and compliance.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Ability to work independently with effective time management.

Additional Information

Minimum five years of accounting experience is mandatory.
Graduation in B.Com, Accounting, or Finance is required.
Experience in the jewellery industry is advantageous.
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Position is full-time based in Dwarka, Delhi.
Salary range is between 28000 and 35000 INR per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
