What the role is about
This position is focused on expanding business in the assigned territory by selling data services such as internet bandwidth, MPLS, and cloud, along with voice, broadband, and fixed-line solutions. The role also acts as the main point of contact for customers across all three business lines and supports growth in customer market share and revenue market share for both current and new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the assigned territory by driving acquisition and revenue across data, voice, broadband, and fixed-line offerings.
- Serve as the primary Airtel contact for customers across the three lines of business.
- Work to improve customer market share and revenue market share in existing as well as new accounts.
- Develop and manage new business opportunities through account hunting for data, voice, and fixed-line services.
- Expand multi-product sales within the current customer base.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel across all business lines with appropriate stages of progress.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather market insights for intelligence purposes.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts/orders to drive business growth.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to help resolve customer issues when needed.
Reporting structure
The role reports to the Team Leader or Zonal Sales Manager.
