About the role

Nozomi Networks is expanding its sales team to support growth across OT and IoT cybersecurity. The company protects major organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries with an AI-driven platform that delivers network visibility, threat detection, and operational insight for operational technology and IoT environments. This position is focused on the Africa and Levant region.

As an Account Manager, you will own relationships with partners, prospects, and customers across your territory while clearly communicating the company’s value proposition to different stakeholders. The goal is to build scalable, repeatable growth and contribute to high-value business within the region.

What you'll do

  • Represent the company’s mission and cultural values with transparency and trust.
  • Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects across multiple verticals.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota targets.
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline from both new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Prepare reliable quarterly forecasts and business plans.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and earn repeat business through a strong value-driven approach.
  • Deliver a high-touch customer experience and act as a trusted advisor on the problems the platform solves.
  • Coordinate customer activities with Channel, Systems Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and Finance teams.
  • Keep customer details updated in the CRM system and share information quickly with internal teams.
  • Work with Marketing on events and related initiatives.
  • Build reference accounts in key vertical markets.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a vendor-side sales environment.
  • A strong hunter mindset with the ability to self-generate leads and pursue opportunities independently.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Experience selling network security solutions, preferably in an early-stage growth company.
  • Understanding of SaaS selling, subscription models, and ACV-based targets.
  • Prior exposure to customers in the Africa and Levant regions.
  • Direct sales background, ideally with industrial automation, industrial controls, or industrial security buyers.
  • Working knowledge of information security concepts and networking technologies.
  • OT/IoT experience in industrial sectors such as oil and gas, utilities, or manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Ability to map complex buying groups and navigate decision-making structures.
  • Experience building and maintaining channel partner relationships.
  • Strong integrity and a consultative style that builds customer trust.
  • Solid communication, presentation, problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • A valid passport for travel.
