As an Account Manager in Small Business Sales, your work will connect sales activity with long-term customer growth. You will be part of a highly engaged team that continuously identifies opportunities for Google’s clients and supports small and medium-sized businesses in reaching their goals.
Google Customer Solutions teams act as trusted advisors and competitive sellers for SMBs. You will work directly with business owners and advertisers, helping them grow through Google’s solutions while contributing to innovation for customers, partners, and sellers.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
- Background in sales pitching, business communication, and account management.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working toward performance targets.
- Experience managing and tailoring solutions for a customer base.
- Ability to guide, encourage, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, along with the capability to juggle multiple projects while staying detail-focused.
Responsibilities
- Work toward assigned targets while ensuring a strong customer experience for Google’s agencies and advertisers.
- Find fresh ways to strengthen agency and customer relationships, personalize performance-oriented recommendations, and present relevant products and services.
- Reach out proactively to customers and agencies through phone, email, and direct conversations.
- Advise advertisers in a consultative manner and help them improve return on investment.
