Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Account Manager position in Singapore involves managing client accounts and acting as the main liaison to ensure project specifications and service expectations are clearly met. Key daily duties include maintaining ongoing communication with clients, collaborating with project managers and site teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and monitoring progress relative to timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts as the primary point of contact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and providing proactive support.
  • Ability to coordinate with project management, operations, and technical teams in construction or similar industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in office software, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in account management, sales support, or customer success; construction or engineering background is advantageous.
  • Capacity to work on-site in Singapore, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Educational qualifications in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
